What data we process and why

Only the data you send us when you contact us by WhatsApp or email (name, contact details, information about your home) to answer your enquiry and, if you hire us, to provide the service and invoice it. Legal basis: your request and the performance of a contract. If you accept analytics cookies, anonymous usage statistics (see the cookie policy).

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become a contract: up to 12 months. Client data: for the duration of the service and the periods required by tax law.

Who processes it for us

Cloudflare (hosting and email forwarding), Google (email and, only with your consent, Google Analytics) and Meta (WhatsApp). Some of these providers may process data outside the EU under the safeguards approved by the European Commission. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data by writing to [email protected]. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
