A burst pipe in an empty house can run for weeks. With a small set of wireless sensors, we know within minutes and go with the keys.
Installed by us, in your name. You see the same alerts on your phone. Not a security or alarm service: if you already have an alarm, this works alongside it.

One monthly fee for looking after your home. Cleaning, repairs and materials are quoted separately, at cost of the work, so you only pay for what is done.

Yes. Custora Home is a registered business in Spain with civil liability insurance covering key holding and work in your home. We can send you the certificate.
Keys are coded, never labelled with your address, and stored securely. We log every time they leave.
No. We look after homes, not guests. If you rent your home yourself, we can arrange cleaning between stays, booked from your calendar.
We tell you straight away with photos, send a quote from a trusted professional and only go ahead when you approve.
Plans run for a year and renew yearly. Prices are reviewed once a year and you are told in advance.
